Where are you located?
Do you accept orders placed outside the US?
Yes, of course. I ship worldwide on most items although additional shipping costs or customs fees may apply.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Most all orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location and/or the shipping method, we've found most deliveries are made within 5-10 business days of ordering. Obviously, international shipping takes longer. Tracking is included on all shipments. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered by the mail carrier. Make sure your shipping address is correct! If not, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it. If your package is returned due to an incorrect mailing address we are happy to resend it, however you will be responsible for paying postage charges for re-shipment.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Absolutely... But contact us prior to ordering to get pricing.
What is the return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately, due to the size of our company we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal conditions. Originally, we tried to offer this and it was abused so many times we almost had to close the doors. We are, of course, always happy to answer whatever questions someone might have prior to ordering. If you feel like something has been misrepresented or if the title/description was just plain wrong, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form and I'm happy to investigate. However, we simply don't offer a blanket return policy and all sales are considered final.
What if something is wrong with my order?
As soon as you are aware of the problem, please contact us at email@example.com. Send your name from the order, the invoice number and anything else you can tell me and we will get it sorted out.
